This customer asked for camera footage before and after, and the result is the clearest illustration we have of what routine cleaning actually does. The pre-clean image shows lint carpeting the entire circumference of the duct and narrowing the opening; the post-clean image shows bare metal and a clear line of sight to the termination. Total time on site was under ninety minutes.
Challenges
- Lint bonded to the full circumference of the duct wall
- Two 90-degree elbows in the run where debris packs hardest
- Customer wanted verifiable evidence, not just a claim
What we did
- Rotary brushing worked through both elbows from either end
- Continuous vacuum capture at the dryer connection
- Camera pass recorded before and after and sent to the customer
- Airflow reading documented on the job summary
